Here are the general points that you have to pay attention while using your credit card:

Apart from shopping purposes, never disclose the number or valid thru date of your card to anybody |

Never disclose your credit card PIN (password) to anybody since the PIN is unique to you. |
|
Do not dispose the receipts of your spending until they are stated in your account statement. Dispose them after comparing the receipts to the statement. |

Store the record of your credit card number and such documents as account statements, receipts, etc. in a safe place until disposing them. |
|
Do not let your credit card stay exposed to other people. |
|
Never allow anybody to use your credit card. |
|
While withdrawing cash from an ATM, never let anybody to approach you and watch what you do. Do not ask for assistance anybody other than the staff of the relevant bank branch. |
|
If you use an ATM at the weekend or after the usual working hours, and if your card jams inside the ATM, do not disclose your PIN to anybody, do not ask anybody for assistance, just contact us dialling the numbers mentioned above. |

Do not assign a PIN (password) consisting of your birth date, or other numbers which might be guessed by others. |
|
After making a shopping, check whether you have taken the card back. |
|
Regularly check your wallet or bag to see whether your credit card is still in it. |

If you notice your credit card is lost or stolen, call us at once to have it blocked. |
Your statement
We usually send statements once a month. You must go on paying at least the minimum repayment each month. You are obligated to do so even if you have not received a statement for that month. You may follow all your transactions via your Internet access to your credit account. The only document required is your ID and one most recent photo in order to obtain MAESTRO card. For obtaining Maestro card you do not need guarantors.

How to use Maestro? |
If the merchant where you're shopping has Maestro acceptance decal, you ca use it safely.
Present your Turkish Ziraat Bank Bosnia dd. Maestro debit card to the merchant at the time of the transaction. The merchant will slide it through the authorization terminal and enter the purchase information. Next, verify the amount and be sure that it’s the agreed correct amount.
Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) on the keypad.
In seconds, the terminal processes the transaction and confirms that funds are available. A receipt prints out, and the transaction amount is automatically deducted from your deposit account with us. |

| How to protect your Maestro card from fraud? |
Please take the measures set forth below:
!!! Assign a new PIN code for your Maestro as soon as you receive it.
!!! Never use numbers closely related with you as the PIN of your card: your birth date, your extension at the office, easy to remember numbers like 0000, 1111, 1234, etc.
!!! Never store a record of the PIN in your wallet or another visible place. Never disclose the PIN to somebody else. |
