Our terminal is the first and only one in BiH to accept all card products of VISA (VISA Classic, VISA Electron, VISA Debit, VISA Plus) and EUROCARD/MASTERCARD (Eurocard / Mastercard, MAESTRO, Cirrus, Europay). Both signature based credit cards and PIN based debit cards can be used on our POS terminals.

It is also easier to operate for you as we have automated process with preset schedules. However, you can still close the day manually pressing a button - which is fast and efficient because of a single message settlement procedure eliminating the need for complete batch transfers.

In order to open your business to acquiring cards, please contact our acquiring department where you will be provided with a merchant application form. After filling this form and providing required documents and guarantees, your business will be assigned a merchant number and a POS terminal.

You must agree to pay a nominal transaction commission and receive your payment at the time designated in your agreement. In order to install a POS terminal you should have at least one phone line - preferably dedicated direct phone line for the POS terminal. However, if you have single line, your regular phone set can be connected parallel to our POS terminal which has a special socket for this purpose. It is also possible to connect our POS terminal to most PABX systems which can provide an external line after pressing a certain number.
