Please take notice next time you use your card:
- Do not give the 16 digit number on your card to third parties, this way you ensure the safety of your personal information and minimize any misuse.
- PIN is your secret ID number which should be kept in a safe place.
- Keep your receipts so you can always compare it to your statement.
- Do not allow others to use your card.
- For assistance, please consult with your nearby branch.
- In case the ATM "swallows" your card (during non working hours or weekends) do not give your PIN to anyone. For assistance, please consult our branch or the call center.
- After each use, please make sure your card is in a safe place.
