  • WITH THIS OPTION, YOUR MONEY IS AVAILABLE IN THE SHORTEST TIME SPAN.

LOST OR STOLEN CARDS- The client is obliged to take all safety measures to prevent all possible misuse of the card.

Please take notice next time you use your card:

  • Do not give the 16 digit number on your card to third parties, this way you ensure the safety of your personal information and minimize any misuse.
  • PIN is your secret ID number which should be kept in a safe place.
  • Keep your receipts so you can always compare it to your statement.
  • Do not allow others to use your card.
  • For assistance, please consult with your nearby branch.
  • In case the ATM "swallows" your card (during non working hours or weekends) do not give your PIN to anyone. For assistance, please consult our branch or the call center.
  • After each use, please make sure your card is in a safe place.
  • In case of a lost or stolen card, report the issue to us so we can freeze your account and reissue new cards.
